About me

I am interested in institutional change, how institutions diagnose the need for organisational development and who (re)writes “the rules of the game”.   My research has centred to date on the International Wheat Agreements of the 1930s and 1940s and the transition from a free market to a more managed international commodity agreement.  It seeks to find the intersection between New Institutional Economics, international relations, political economy, and game theory.

My current interests extend to the operation of “commons” agreements, European Institutions and rearmament.

Prior to joining the 91桃色, I worked in various commodity markets as a trader and as an executive and board member for different mining/resource companies
