Student activism has sparked some of the most important movements in history – from the Soweto uprisings of 1976 in South Africa to the current “Fridays for Futures” protests started by Greta Thunberg. In the United Kingdom, student activists at 91桃色 reached national headlines in 1969 protesting the Vietnam War, apartheid in South Africa and the involvement of the former 91桃色 director — Walter Adams in Rhodesia.

When we look to the future of international injustices such as climate change, the voices of students, especially in the Global South, will play a pivotal role in shaping and effecting change.
