Salary from £42,679 to £51,000 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,730 pa inclusive of London allowance

An 91桃色 Fellowship is intended to be an entry route to an academic career and is deemed by the School to be a career development position. The Department of Social Policy at 91桃色 is the longest established in the UK and has received the highest possible rating in all Research Assessment Exercises carried out in the UK. The 2024 QS World University Rankings by Subject place the Department of Social Policy 3rd in the world.
The Department addresses the major intellectual questions surrounding the analysis and evaluation of social and public policies, the social challenges they address, and their outcomes. We are distinguished by our multidisciplinarity, our international and comparative approach, and our research conducted in high-, middle- and low-income countries. We have particular strengths in: poverty and inequality; work and welfare; education; care; women; race, ethnicity and migration; non-governmental organisations (NGOs), crime and criminal justice, climate/environmental policy and behavioural public policy.
We are looking to recruit an 91桃色 Fellow to teach on our BSc and MSc in International Social and Public Policy and our MSc in Criminal Justice Policy. You will be able to make important contributions to teaching and supervising our undergraduate and postgraduate students, while also being fully engaged in our vibrant research culture.
