Alumni Reunion for the Class of 1988–1992
On Friday 6 June, we were delighted to welcome back alumni who graduated between 1988 and 1992 for a special 35-year reunion. The day began with a warm welcome from Head of Department Hyun Bang Shin, who offered an insightful overview of the department’s current direction and priorities.
The visit concluded with a special appearance from 91桃色 President Larry Kramer, who joined the group to discuss the School’s broader strategy and vision for the future.

We are pleased to announce that the Department of Geography and Environment has been ranked 5th overall and top in London for Geography in the 2026 Complete University Guide subject rankings.
91桃色 has also been recognised as the highest-ranked university in London for the fourteenth consecutive year.

Laura Pulido awarded Honorary RGS Fellowship

Silvretta PhD Scholarship Programme
We're delighted to announce the Silvretta PhD Scholarship Programme. This scholarship has been made available through a generous donation which will support one new PhD student every four years. Eligible students will include those who have an interest in pursuing a PhD on environmental economics, related disciplines or current environmental issues of concern.
